Privacy notice for this website

Company: Innovation Digital Media Ltd, trading as DingOrder, registered in England and Wales, company number 07438948, registered office: Union House, 111 New Union Street, Coventry, CV1 2NT. For anything about your data, email hello@dingorder.co.uk.

Your shop name, your phone number or WeChat ID, your postcode and, if you fill it in, how you heard about DingOrder. I use these only to reply to you about DingOrder. The form sends them to my private Telegram chat (Telegram is a messaging service). They stay in that chat until I delete them (see "How long I keep them").

I rely on legitimate interests: you've asked about DingOrder, and I need these details to answer.

Each time the form is used, the site also writes a short technical note saying whether the message was sent. The note doesn't contain what you typed. Cloudflare keeps these notes for a few days, so I can see when the form stops working.

If you contact me on WhatsApp, WeChat, by phone or by email, I see what you send. Those services also handle your messages under their own privacy terms.

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this website. It counts which pages are viewed, which site sent you, your rough country, your type of device and browser, and how quickly pages load. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device to count visits, and I only look at totals, to see which pages are useful. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

You can stop your visits being counted on this device:

When you choose not to be counted, this site saves one small note in your browser (in local storage, not a cookie) so it remembers your choice, and the statistics script isn't loaded while that note is there. Clearing your browser data removes the note.

I don't use advertising tools, Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

The numbers you type into the calculator stay in your browser. They aren't sent to me or stored.

This website doesn't use cookies for statistics or advertising.

I'm the only person who reads them. The services above (Telegram and Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Web Analytics) process data for me to run the site. Telegram and Cloudflare may process these details outside the UK. I don't sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

I keep enquiry details, including the Telegram messages, for 12 months after we were last in touch, then delete them. If you become a customer, your written agreement with me covers your details from then on.

You can ask me for a copy of your details, ask me to correct or delete them, or object to how I use them. Email hello@dingorder.co.uk. I'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes too.
